Being a Representative: A Low-Cost Way to Experience Systemic Family Constellation
Participating as a representative is a great opportunity to get to know the powerful work of Systemic Family Constellation with a small investment. As a representative, you step into the role of a family member or element in someone else’s system, often sensing emotions or insights that reveal hidden dynamics and support healing—without needing to know their personal story.
Family constellation is an integrative therapy technique that seeks to identify the cause of problems and personal conflicts from group dynamics in which participants interpret and represent the client's family history.
In practice, the Family Constellation reveals that many trans-generational trauma issues, illnesses, misunderstandings and bad feelings can be linked to other family members who have gone through these same adversities, even if we have not known them.
This group session will be conducted by Cris Lobato, a certified facilitator and experienced therapist, registered with the Australian Counselling Association (ACA).
For any Counsellors taking part in this Group Constellation, this event is registered with ACA and provides 5 OPD points for your personal development.
